Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services is Ireland’s largest provider of specialist palliative care, providing more than 90% of the public palliative care services for all of south Dublin and county Wicklow.
Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services are undertaking the most ambitious project in its 137 year history: to develop 36 new single palliative care rooms and bring its palliative care services into more people’s homes in south Dublin and County Wicklow.
We are proud to be a ‘Founding Partner’ and have committed to helping Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services raise a minimum of €8.5 million to make this project a reality.
The current Palliative Care Unit consists of a mixture of single and four-bedded rooms, which is not ideal for ensuring the dignity and privacy for patients and their families at end-of-life. Click here to read more about the new extension and upgrade project that we’re supporting.
