RICE (née Devey) (Dublin) – July 16, 2017 (peacefully), in the presence of her family, at our Lady’s Hospice, after a long illness bravely fought, Mary (May), late of Malpas Terrace and formerly of New Street, The Liberties, beloved wife of Patrick and wonderful mother to Declan, Graham, David and Ciara, adored daughter of the late Veronica and Thomas Devey, amazing sister to Ann and Thomas and loving nanny of Nathan, Sarah, Jamie, Sinéad, Aoife, Cathal and Caoimhe. Reunited with her forever dog companion Gizmo. Sadly missed by her extended family, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace Reposing at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross today, Tuesday, from 4 o’c. and Wednesday from 4 o’c. to 7 o’c. with prayers at 4.30 o’c. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11 o’c. in St. Nicholas of Myra Church, Francis Street followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery. No flowers please.
