The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) PHELAN. Templeogue. 05th November 2015, suddenly at Tallaght Hospital. Husband of Laura and much loved father to John, Leah and Joanne. Will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son and daughters, relatives, neighbours and friends.
