The death has occurred of David (Dave) BLAKE
Knocklyon, Dublin
David (Dave) Blake, Knocklyon, Dublin, 09th February 2017, (suddenly) in the wonderful care of the staff of Tallaght Hospital. Beloved husband of Nuala and much loved father to Chris, eldest son of Bernadette and the Late Sean, brother to John, Derek, Garry and Philip, son-in-law to Fergus and Kay. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Removal to St Colmcille’s Church, Knocklyon on Monday, 13th February, arriving for 10.00am Requiem Mass, with burial thereafter to Mount Venus Cemetery. House private please. Family flowers only.
