Zawierta, Adam, Clondalkin and Poland, July 24th 2017. (Suddenly). Beloved husband of Iwona and much loved dad of Peter (Piotr) and Chris (Krzysztof). Adam will be sadly missed by his wife, sons, mother Irena, father Marek, brothers Damian, Tomasz and Kuba, sister Katarzyna, extended family and friends in Ireland and Poland.
